Introduction

At app.op-ex.gr the management and protection of the Subscriber’s (user’s) personal data is of great importance for us.

The following privacy policy describes the types of personal information received and collected by app.op-ex.gr and the purposes of its processing. It complies with the provisions of national, European and international law regarding the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data, as in force from time to time. We reserve the right to change the terms, always in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

Personal data

  1. Information regarding the protection of your personal data. The issue of protection of your personal data is treated by OPEX SA as a top priority. For this reason, OPEX SA undertakes to protect your personal data and to comply with the relevant data protection provisions as in force.
  2. Personal data collected and processed by OPEX SA.
    OPEX SA collects and processes the data that you disclose to OPEX SA, during your registration in the digital services provided by OPEX SA through its website (website) app.op-ex.gr , (name, father’s name, pdf & jpg files related to invoices and/or personal financial information, date of birth, e-mail address, VAT number, Tax Office, Taxisnet codes – username & password – profession and contact phone number).
  3. Purposes of collection and processing of the personal data collected and processed by OPEX SA
    OPEX SA collects and processes the above personal data provided by you:
    • To execute the contract that you have entered into with OPEX SA or to take action at your request before concluding a contract.
    • For improving the services provided.
    • For sending information messages and leaflets (newsletters) about the products and services and / or relevant offers and announcements.
  4.  Personal data retention period
    OPEX SA keeps and processes your data for as long as this is required by the current legislation. If there is no special legislation, your data is deleted after three (3) months from the end of your cooperation with OPEX SA, subject to pending legal disputes, in which case they are deleted after their termination. If you have been asked to provide consent for the collection and processing of your personal data by OPEX SA, OPEX SA will keep your personal data for as long as you have not withdrawn your consent (see below, in section “Your rights”, under 7.vii ).
  5. Security of your personal data
    OPEX SA takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures and follows procedures to protect your personal data from any unauthorized access, misuse, tampering, disclosure, loss, accidental / unauthorized destruction and any another unlawful form of processing. To ensure the secure data storage we use the Amazon Web Services, which are compatible with the GDPR standard. See more here. OPEX SA may use controllers to perform data processing on its behalf, the information of whom shall be available upon request. All such processors are bound by a contract with OPEX SA.

OPEX SA does not use the personal data it collects for commercial purposes and will not sell or exchange personal data with other organizations. It does not have automated decision making and does not profile the data it has.

  1. Transmission to third parties Personal data collected in the course of the above processing shall not be transferred to any third natural or legal person, unless expressly provided by law to comply with the applicable law or court decisions.
  2. Your rights
    You have the following rights: (i) Right of access: You have the right to know the categories of personal data that OPEX SA collects and processes, their origin, the purposes of their processing, the categories of their recipients, the time of their retention, as well as your relevant rights.

(ii) Right to rectification. You have the right to request the rectification and/or the complementing of you personal data so that they are complete and accurate.

(Iii) Right to deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data which OPEX S.A. collects and processes.

(Iv) Right to object. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data collected and processed by OPEX SA, except where processing is necessary for the performance of a task performed by OPEX SA in the public interest.

(V) Right to restrict processing. You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data collected and processed by OPEX SA, alternatively to the right of deletion and the right of objection, if you find inaccuracies in your data that OPEX SA collects and processes, in case the data collected and processed by OPEX SA is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing but you wish for it to be kept in order to pursue and defend your legal claims.

(Vi) Right to data portability You have the right to request the transmit of your data from OPEX SA to another controller.

(Vii) Right to revoke your consent  Once you have been asked for your consent to the collection and processing of your data, you can revoke your consent without giving a specific reason, in any way you deem appropriate (by clicking on the link of the automatic deletion mechanism on the relevant OPEX SA website, via an e-mail to info@op-ex.gr, or a fax at 2117504465, or by contacting us by phone at 210 6534205 – Contact Person: Mr. Konstantinos GIannopoulos.

(viii) If you believe that any of your rights or any of the obligations of OPEX SA regarding the collection and processing of your personal data are being violated, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave., 11523 Ampelokipoi, tel. 210.647.5600, fax: 210.647.5628, www.dpa.gr)

The exercise of the above rights does not apply to data processing already performed by OPEX SA.

Certification

Every time you submit or modify your information to app.op-ex.gr, we send this information via the Internet using the SecureSocketLayer, version 3 (or other newer versions) (SSL encryption technology). Files you submit to app.op-ex.gr are stored on a separate server as an additional security measure. However, we do not guarantee that the information you submit is 100% protected from loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the data you enter. Inaccurate data will affect the information you receive and the ability to contact you.

Ηapp.op-ex.gr uses logfiles. Logfiles contain (indicatively) the following information: IP, browser type, ISP, date/ login time/ logout time
